Wow, well where do I start?
Firstly, I have to admit that for my business, I am a bit old-fashioned and like to do all my emails, calendar updates, reminders, etc. myself, because I have never been in a position until recently to trust our internet and also, to tell you the truth, I actually didn't trust anyone to do as good a job as me. My diary, with all my reminders of things to do that day and every day, is in my handwritten diary each year.
My emails were all done by me, a cut and paste of templates that I had already typed up and had done. Every change to people's circumstances, change of booking dates, the family's needs, food allergies, fears and general information that I needed to remember to put in my emails was, I thought, easy enough to do by myself in my diary.
Then I was introduced to Claude by Ampli recently, shown the free version, and it was pretty good. I could see that it had great potential to help me. However, I felt I still had to cut and paste things in for Claude to remember me and to teach it how to write in my wording.
I was given the option of a free 7-day trial by Ampli to test the Pro version. Well, after just 2 days, I got so excited, I was having so much fun with it and seeing how it was going to be such a great help to me running my business. I decided to sign up and pay, not just for the one month, which was $34 per month, but to pay for the yearly membership at $29 a month. I just knew that this was going to be something special that was going to help me so much in my day to day office work.
One of the things that I found so helpful and reassuring was the patience that was shown to me by Daniel from Ampli in teaching me a whole new way of looking at AI and all the things that Claude could do to help me in my business. Daniel's time, skills and knowledge of how Claude worked gave me such confidence in learning how to build and structure a new way for me to save time and also to improve my business.
I am so very excited with Claude helping me change my mindset of drafting and organising my emails, past, present and future, remembering what was said in guests' emails, setting reminders and diary entries.
